The selected candidate will be expected to maintain the integrity of our accounting information, manage our general ledger, and support our month-end and year-end close processes.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Ensure integrity of accounting information by verifying and recording transactions.</li><li>Compile and analyze account information.</li><li>Manage general ledger including account set-up and posting functions.</li><li>Support month-end and year-end close including management of tasks maintained in closing checklist.</li><li>Prepare month-end billings recording revenue in accordance with GAAP.</li><li>Prepare month-end COGS entries associated with products sold.</li><li>Record and reconcile intercompany transactions.</li><li>Prepare month end reconciliations including subledgers to general ledger.</li><li>Review internal financial statements and investigate variances to forecasts.</li><li>Support sales & use tax audits as needed.</li><li>Provide supporting documentation for audits.</li></ul>
