Attention to detail and effective communication are critical in overseeing project specifications, processing change orders, and representing the company professionally.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage material procurement and tracking, document control, estimating, and client relations.</li><li>Provide operational support for construction projects, from small-scale jobs to larger assignments.</li><li>Review project drawings and specifications to ensure project alignment.</li><li>Create and maintain submittals and submittal logs.</li><li>Assist with producing and processing RFIs (Request for Information).</li><li>Collaborate with the purchasing team on material procurement, perform quantity take-offs, and use tracking tools to ensure timely product deliveries.</li><li>Handle change order pricing and track field work orders and proposals.</li><li>Support the engineering team with design/build project efforts.</li><li>Attend project and on-site field meetings as needed.</li><li>Coordinate schedules between field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and manufacturers.</li><li>Build positive client relationships by understanding their needs and providing timely responses.</li><li>Manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.</li><li>Adhere to job site and company operating procedures and safety guidelines.</li><li>Represent the company in a professional, responsible, and safe manner at all times.</li></ul><p><br></p>Quality Assurance AnalystWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Support detail oriented to provide critical support to our CMC group. This role is essential for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products as we experience significant growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly with batch record review and experience supporting manufacturing, validations, and tech transfer activities. <br> Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day QA support for the CMC group. Oversee QA analytical processes related to CMC. Support manufacturing, validation, and tech transfer activities. Thoroughly review batch records, protocols, reports, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and Certificates of Compliance (COC). Manage documentation and release processes. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Assist with other related QA tasks as needed.
