The role requires a strong leader who can advise senior stakeholders, coordinate complex delivery efforts, and help organizations move from strategy through deployment and optimization.</p><p><br></p><p><u>Responsibilities:</u></p><p>• Lead the functional workstream for Workday Financials initiatives, coordinating planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch stabilization activities.</p><p>• Partner with finance and executive stakeholders to shape future-state operating models and translate business priorities into practical Workday solutions.</p><p>• Direct business process redesign across key finance cycles such as record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, cash management, and planning activities.</p><p>• Oversee cross-functional teams and implementation partners to keep delivery milestones, governance, budgets, and risk management on track throughout the program lifecycle.</p><p>• Provide guidance on the functional use of Workday Financial Management modules, including core financials, reporting, expenses, procurement, projects, grants, and planning-related capabilities.</p><p>• Develop recommendations for data conversion, reporting, and system integration approaches connecting Workday with legacy platforms and external applications.</p><p>• Support executive decision-making by presenting status updates, solution considerations, implementation risks, and readiness needs to senior business leaders.</p><p>• Contribute to client-facing planning and solution discussions by helping define scope, estimate workstreams, and shape approaches for finance transformation programs.</p>
