This position plays a critical role in maintaining compliance, supporting financial processes, and coordinating property-related activities.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide day-to-day administrative support to Property Managers</li><li>Serve as a primary liaison for tenants, vendors, and internal departments</li><li>Maintain tenant files, lease documentation, and property records</li><li>Track critical lease dates, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation</li><li>Assist with invoice processing, accounts payable/receivable, and expense tracking</li><li>Prepare monthly reports, variance reports, and owner statements</li><li>Coordinate vendor contracts and service agreements</li><li>Manage work order systems and ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests</li><li>Support budgeting and reconciliation processes</li><li>Assist with special projects and property inspections as needed</li></ul>

As this is a Contract to permanent position, it presents an excellent opportunity for growth and long-term career development.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Deliver exceptional service to clients by promptly addressing inquiries and requests within established service agreements.<br>• Assist in planning and executing client experience programs in alignment with annual property budgets.<br>• Accurately code and process invoices to avoid late fees, service interruptions, or reputational risks.<br>• Handle accounts receivable tasks such as rent statements, late fees, and lease-related billing, ensuring compliance with lease terms.<br>• Collaborate with the Property Manager to review collections regularly and ensure timely payments.<br>• Support financial operations by contributing to budget preparations, monthly financial reports, and variance analysis.<br>• Manage vendor and client insurance certificates to ensure compliance and proper documentation.<br>• Coordinate and lead client appreciation events as outlined in the property budget.<br>• Conduct property inspections regularly, document findings using appropriate tools, and assist in maintaining service and maintenance programs.<br>• Work closely with facilities and engineering teams to uphold high standards in property operations.
