  • We are looking for a Facilities Call Center Specialist to support facility and safety-related communications for a healthcare environment in California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a service-focused individual with strong attention to detail who can manage urgent and routine requests with sound judgment, accuracy, and composure. The person in this role will coordinate response activity, document critical details, and help ensure timely communication between facilities, security, and other operational teams.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Monitor incoming calls, radio communications, and service requests to identify urgent situations and coordinate the appropriate response.<br>• Gather complete details from callers, including location, issue type, and level of urgency, and record accurate information in the work order and dispatch system.<br>• Route incidents to the correct internal team, such as facilities or security, based on the nature of the request.<br>• Track active requests and update logs, notes, and work orders to maintain clear and reliable operational records.<br>• Prepare routine shift, daily, and weekly reports using standard office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.<br>• Communicate important updates, unresolved issues, and priority items to incoming team members during shift handoff.<br>• Review service workflows to help ensure emergency and non-emergency requests are handled promptly and effectively.<br>• Serve as a coordination point between supervisors, facility responders, security personnel, and other involved departments.<br>• Follow established procedures carefully in high-priority situations to support safe and consistent operations.
