We are looking for an experienced EMR Trainer to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will design and deliver comprehensive training programs for healthcare providers and staff, ensuring they are equipped to utilize EMR systems effectively. This position involves creating diverse learning materials, offering tailored instruction, and fostering collaboration to enhance clinical workflows.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and conduct engaging training sessions, both in group settings and one-on-one, tailored to the needs of providers and clinic staff.<br>• Design and update instructional materials, including e-learning modules, quick tips, and other training resources for new and current staff.<br>• Deliver training on system updates, new features, and functionality enhancements to ensure users remain proficient.<br>• Collaborate with clinic teams to gather insights into workflows, policies, and procedures, aligning EMR system usage with patient care objectives.<br>• Research and create detailed workflow guidelines to support efficient use of EMR systems.<br>• Build strong relationships with healthcare providers and administrative staff to understand their training needs and challenges.<br>• Document and address user feedback, queries, and system enhancement requests to improve overall functionality.<br>• Assist with the resolution of training-related issues and provide ongoing support as needed.<br>• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the organization’s training initiatives.
