Previous experience within the consumer goods industry is desired as is some level of audit experience.</p><p><br></p><p>This position will require a strong background with inventory management and reporting, preferably within a distribution environment.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of strong GL experience including monthly close and reporting as well as management of the AP & AR functions. In this role, you will be overseeing a dynamic team while actively participating in the General Ledger and Monthly close procedures. You will play a key role in fostering the development of entry level staff and managing inventory reporting within a distribution setting. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>• Oversee and manage the General Ledger</p><p>• Coordinate the Monthly close processes</p><p>• Supervise Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions</p><p>• Maintain accurate inventory management and reporting</p><p>• Foster the detail oriented development of entry level staff</p><p>• Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit function</p><p>• Ensure compliance with budget processes</p><p>• Monitor and manage the monthly consolidation of financial data.</p>
