This role will be responsible for generating project schedules, processing contractor billings, assisting with project cost tracking, bi-weekly payroll processing, high-volume invoicing, maintaining supplier documentation, investigating project variances, assisting with change orders, preparing financial reports, reconciling subcontractor billings, analyzing project profitability, providing billing structures, and review project expenses.
