Paralegal <p>Robert Half is partnering with a local Portland area family law firm in their search for a Sr. Paralegal to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a family law paralegal to join a growing and supportive team that takes the utmost care of their employees by providing continued education and a positive work environment. A successful candidate in this role will have experience supporting and collaborating with family law attorneys, mentoring Paralegals or an interest to step into a mentorship role, and, providing excellent care to clients from the beginning to the end of their case. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>The salary range for this position is 70k - 100k depending on experience. Benefits include medical and dental, retirement plan, 12 days PTO + paid sick + paid holidays, CLE's paid by firm for continued education, and bonus opportunities. </strong></p> Jr. Paralegal <p>Robert Half is partnering with a local law firm in <strong>Tigard, OR</strong> to identify a Jr. Paralegal who is ready to jump in to assist and possibly join their close-knit team. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location</strong>: Tigard, OR</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $24-28 per hour DOE</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duration</strong>: 3+ month contract, with a potential for contract-to-hire</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> M-F, 9am-5pm</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> </p><ul><li>Handle client calls and maintain effective client communication</li><li>Prepare legal forms, including deeds, by filling in the necessary details.</li><li>Act as a notary and witness when required.</li><li>Exhibit strong calendar management skills, scheduling hearings and other important events.</li><li>Demonstrate expertise in docketing, especially in the context of probate.</li><li>Accurately file documents using OJCIN and OECI.</li></ul>
