We are looking for a detail-oriented Test Center Administrator to oversee operations at a testing facility in South Portland, Maine. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the integrity and smooth execution of web-based certification and credentialing exams. This is a long-term contract position offering a stable and engaging work environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet and assist test-takers as they check in, verifying identification and ensuring compliance with test center policies.<br>• Conduct security checks to confirm test-takers do not bring unauthorized materials, such as calculators or notes, into the testing area.<br>• Monitor the testing room at regular intervals, ensuring adherence to rules and maintaining a distraction-free environment.<br>• Perform light administrative tasks, including managing records and organizing test materials.<br>• Provide guidance to test-takers on using web-based platforms and troubleshoot basic technical issues.<br>• Ensure the testing environment remains organized, clean, and conducive to concentration.<br>• Walk through the testing center every 10-15 minutes to observe activity and address any concerns.<br>• Use computer applications and software to uphold test center standards and document necessary information.
