Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from internal departments and vendors. Maintain accurate procurement documentation, purchasing records, and files. Monitor purchase orders and communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Review procurement data for accuracy while managing high volumes of transactions. Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve order discrepancies and support purchasing initiatives.
