HR Coordinator We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team located in St. Cloud, Minnesota. As an HR Coordinator, your primary role will be to streamline the onboarding process during our peak season. You will be entrusted with the task of managing confidential employee information, overseeing pre-employment screenings, and ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations.<br><br>Responsibilities: <br><br>• Streamline the onboarding process for new permanent staff, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.<br>• Handle all necessary paperwork and filing related to employee onboarding, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.<br>• Oversee pre-employment and post-permanent screenings such as drug tests and physicals, coordinating with relevant clinics and vendors when necessary.<br>• Maintain accurate records of employee information in the company's human resource information system.<br>• Ensure adherence to all state and federal guidelines related to new permanent staff reporting and onboarding, including I-9s and E-Verify.<br>• Assist with HR-related correspondence and compliance audits as needed.<br>• Utilize communication skills to troubleshoot basic online issues with onboarding.<br>• Schedule and coordinate pre-employment testing as required. <br>• Conduct background checks and new permanent staff orientation as part of the onboarding process.<br>• Use Office Suite to manage and organize HR-related tasks and documentation.
