<p><strong><u>Prominent Real Estate Investment Company Seeks General Counsel</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Company & Position:</strong></p><p>A well-established real estate investment and development company with significant holdings across Southern California is seeking an experienced <strong>General Counsel</strong>. With a workforce of over 40 employees and a portfolio spanning commercial, medical office, and mixed-use properties—particularly concentrated in the South Bay region. The <strong>General Counsel </strong>will serve as a key business partner to executives, oversee corporate governance, and act as an officer of the company.
