Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate with the finance and IT teams to assist in the successful implementation of Workday Financials.</li><li>Analyze, document, and improve accounting workflows to align with Workday system processes.</li><li>Provide expertise in general ledger functions, financial reporting, and month-end close processes to ensure accurate application within the new system.</li><li>Support data migration efforts, including error testing, reconciliation, and resolution of discrepancies.</li><li>Test and validate the accuracy of Workday Financials configurations and functionality, providing feedback for adjustments where needed.</li><li>Develop user guidelines, reference materials, and process documentation to assist staff in fully utilizing the Workday system post-implementation.</li><li>Provide hands-on support to the accounting team during the transition period to Workday, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Communicate progress updates and challenges to key stakeholders and project leads effectively.</li><li>Assist with training other departments on how to use Workday from an accounting and financial standpoint</li></ul>
