This role will focus on monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing the organization's cybersecurity posture through advanced technical support, risk assessments, and proactive security measures. The individual will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our IT systems, including our Azure cloud tenant and on-prem Active Directory. Manage virtualization tools, including <strong>VMware</strong> and Linux servers, to optimize resources and scalability.</li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations, cloud systems, process changes, hardware inventories, and disaster recovery plans.</li><li>Design, implement, and test disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity. Identify and address risks in the IT infrastructure while developing solutions to resolve deployment challenges.</li><li>Lead IT infrastructure transformation and digital modernization projects. Act as a key contributor to cloud migration, software upgrades, and encryption and security improvements.</li><li>Develop automation scripts to optimize repetitive IT tasks such as server provisioning and configuration. Implement ITSM processes to enhance IT service delivery.</li><li>Serve as a project manager for infrastructure upgrades and ongoing IT operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed within scope, timeline, and budget.</li></ul>
