<p>Our client, a San Francisco law firm, is seeking a California-licensed Real Estate Transactions Attorney to provide immediate leave of absence coverage. The ideal candidate has at least two years of post-bar experience representing clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions, particularly acquisitions and dispositions involving the drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, as well as leasing and financing matters.</p><p>This attorney will work closely with the firm's Real Estate team, supporting transactions from initial due diligence through closing while partnering on a broad range of commercial and residential real estate matters. <p>We are looking for a highly organized Contracts Administrator to support a growing legal team.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Coordinate multiple real estate transactions by maintaining closing schedules, updating task trackers, and following through on outstanding items needed for completion.</p><p>• Work with title companies, escrow partners, consultants, recording providers, and external counsel to gather diligence materials and support successful closings.</p><p>• Prepare transaction-related documents such as escrow correspondence, transmittal letters, recording packets, and other routine closing materials.</p><p>• Organize final deal files and ensure executed documents, title materials, surveys, and related records are accurately stored and easy to retrieve.</p><p>• Request and monitor title commitments, policy updates, exception documents, endorsement materials, pricing information, and final policies for active projects.</p><p>• Maintain contract records for the real estate portfolio, including milestone dates, notice periods, renewal terms, rent changes, and other key obligations.</p><p>• Issue timely reminders to legal and development stakeholders so critical dates and contractual commitments are addressed in advance.</p><p>• Route agreements for review and signature, monitor progress through approval stages, and help keep execution timelines on schedule.</p><p>• Draft standard amendments, extensions, and formal notices using approved forms and established templates.</p><p>• Administer electronic document platforms and shared repositories to keep agreements properly labeled, current, and accessible to authorized team members.</p>
