The ideal candidate will have an active CA Bar license and 2-5+ years of civil litigation experience; prior insurance defense experience is a plus but not required.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p>• Manage a caseload of litigation files, ensuring each case is handled efficiently from inception through trial with partner support </p><p>• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses </p><p>• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and promote detail oriented practice standards</p><p>• Handle various litigation assignments according to the needs of the case</p><p>• Prepare detailed reports and conduct file analysis to ensure all relevant information is readily available</p><p>• Demonstrate awareness of compliance with all applicable court rules</p><p>• Utilize bilingual skills, if applicable, to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking clients</p>
