In this role, you will be overseeing financial planning, conducting business control, and managing reporting processes. Responsibilities:• Oversee the organization's financial planning and business control functions.• Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of company-wide financial data.• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial data.• Drive efficiency and effectiveness in our accounting processes.• Use accounting software systems to streamline processes and increase productivity.• Handle the company's accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) ensuring accuracy and timeliness.• Lead budget processes, forecasting, and financial modeling initiatives.• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, presenting financial data in an understandable manner.• Leverage strong leadership skills to manage and guide the accounting team.• Apply knowledge and experience in Property & Casualty Insurance to enhance financial processes and strategies.
