This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent computer abilities, and an interest in the legal or accounting fields.</p><p>Previous <strong>accounting or paralegal experience is a plus</strong>, but candidates with strong administrative skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and maintain case files from initial filing through final accounting and case closure</li><li>Review and analyze financial documents and case plans for accuracy and completeness</li><li>Review and process proofs of claim and supporting documentation</li><li>Review budgets and financial information for accuracy</li><li>Monitor case deadlines and maintain calendars for important events and required filings</li><li>Electronically file required documents with the appropriate court</li><li>Maintain accurate and meticulous case records within the firm’s case management system</li><li>Organize and maintain electronic and physical documentation</li><li>Communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, courts, and other parties as needed</li><li>Assist with general administrative and case-management duties to support the legal team</li></ul><p><br></p>
