This role is contract-to permanent and 100% onsite Miami, Florida. <br> Key responsibilities: · Develop sourcing and supply chain strategies for Food, Beverages, and Paper/Packaging Categories, as well as Indirect Categories, like Chemicals and Smallwares. · Ensure alignment of Procurement strategies and execution plans with the Business Leaders (Mkt/Ops/SQA/GMs) and Master Franchisees · Manage relationship with our consolidators (3PLs) in the United Sates, including logistic SLAs, reporting, and continuous improvement programs · Identify and execute key opportunities to optimize food costs and improve franchisee profitability · Manage consolidator spend database, and ensure it is up to date and used effectively for RFI, RFP, negotiations & constant identification of opportunities · Build procurement awareness and capability in regional and franchise teams · Provide support for New Country market entries to ensure supply and availability of products · Provide support in approval and onboarding of new suppliers into the RBI system
