  • <p>We are looking for an experienced Project Manager. This position offers the opportunity to lead complex technology migrations and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver high-impact solutions.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead the full lifecycle of Dynamics CE and Salesforce migration projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.</p><p>• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Power Platform specialists, integration experts, and quality assurance professionals.</p><p>• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.</p><p>• Facilitate sprint planning and monitor Azure DevOps boards to track progress and resolve issues proactively.</p><p>• Provide leadership and direction to ensure project objectives are met while adhering to industry best practices.</p><p>• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.</p><p>• Drive process improvements and efficiency in project execution.</p><p>• Collaborate with financial services teams to align technical solutions with business operations and goals.</p><p>• Maintain clear and concise reporting to communicate project status and outcomes effectively.</p>
