  • <p>We are working with a client who is seeking two experienced Project Managers to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a long-term contract opportunity where you will play a vital role in managing HR-focused projects, ensuring efficient operations, and driving successful outcomes. If you have expertise in HR systems, emerging technologies, and a passion for delivering impactful results, we encourage you to apply. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities: </p><p>- Strategically partner with internal clients and stakeholders to support medium to complex projects, with a focus on HR-based functions such as Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Time, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and/or Workday HCM. </p><p>- Develop and execute project plans for Talent initiatives, ensuring HR functional requirements are integrated and addressed. </p><p>- Facilitate cross-functional teams and stakeholder meetings, providing guidance rooted in your HR systems and process experience. </p><p>- Identify, assess, and communicate project issues and risks, especially those impacting HR operations and compliance. </p><p>- Provide ongoing project support, oversight, and process adherence for HR-related projects. -  Advocate for the effective and efficient use of internal HR systems, including Workday HCM and related platforms. </p><p>- Mentor and guide team members, sharing HR functional knowledge and best practices. </p><p>- Perform other duties as assigned, with an emphasis on HR technology and process improvement. </p><p>- Other tasks and project as assigned Skills & Capabilities </p><p>- Strong project management discipline, including planning, dependency management, risk management, and delivery tracking. </p><p>- Ability to translate ambiguous ideas into structured plans, milestones, and decision points. </p><p>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive‑level materials. </p><p>- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. </p><p>- Detail oriented judgment in handling confidential, sensitive, or high‑visibility initiatives. </p><p>- 5+ years of project or program management experience, including work across complex, cross‑functional initiatives. </p><p>- Demonstrated HR domain experience, such as Talent, HR Operations, HR Technology, HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Performance, and Talent Development. </p><p>- Proven ability to operate in matrixed organizations and drive execution without direct authority.</p>
