This role is within the public accounting industry and requires an individual with strong skills in Audit Engagements, Auditing, Audit Plans, Budget Processes, and Supervisory management.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>• Manage and oversee various client engagements simultaneously, ensuring the success of each project<br>• Apply GAAP to accounting issues, interpreting, and researching with minimal supervision<br>• Apply GAAS to auditing issues, interpreting, and researching with minimal supervision<br>• Assess risk and design planning, audit procedures, and supervise all phases of audit engagements<br>• Utilize the Audit Methodology employed by the firm<br>• Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction<br>• Review team members’ work for accuracy and compliance with professional standards, providing supervision as necessary<br>• Develop, train, manage, and mentor team members on projects and assess performance for engagements<br>• Work with partners on business development and proposals<br>• Build and nurture strong working relationships with client management
