The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal procedures and bring exceptional organizational and communication skills to the role.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide comprehensive litigation support, including preparing pleadings and managing cases from discovery through trial.</p><p>• Notarize legal documents and assist in the closing of agreements.</p><p>• Conduct thorough legal research using LexisNexis and other public data sources.</p><p>• Draft, revise, e-file, and paper file legal documents such as subpoenas, court orders, and net worth statements.</p><p>• Oversee all phases of discovery and document production, including organizing, indexing, and Bates stamping.</p><p>• Collaborate with attorneys on litigation projects, including preparing chronologies, witness statements, and court bundles.</p><p>• Act as a liaison between attorneys, clients, law firms, and courts to ensure efficient communication.</p><p>• Process incoming documents by scanning, profiling, and indexing them in NetDocs, while noting any irregularities.</p><p>• Manage document production, including creating production bundles, applying Bates stamps, and preparing trial materials.</p><p>• Maintain and log original documents into the system for secure tracking and storage.</p>
