Business Product Analyst We are in the service industry, based in WESTLAKE, Ohio, and we're currently on the lookout for a Business Product Analyst to join our team. This role will involve a strong focus on business system analysis, requiring a deep understanding of technical solutions and their alignment with business needs. <br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>• Serve as a bridge between the technical and business aspects of the system, ensuring that the developed solutions meet business needs.<br>• Document high-level designs, including architecture requirements, and ensure they map to approved requirements.<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders, sponsors, and IT to define and document relevant business processes.<br>• Lead and motivate a cross-functional team of business analysts, developers, testers, and others to align with product or program roadmaps.<br>• Manage, prioritize, and assess the impact of all work items like new features, defects, etc., including the decision to create, fix, or defer at the project level.<br>• Review, accept or decline the output of development to ensure specified acceptance criteria have been met.<br>• Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.<br>• Act as a project manager when necessary, taking responsibility for managing dependencies.<br>• Collaborate effectively within multiple evolving development methodologies including iterative Agile and sequential Waterfall projects.<br>• Assist with project-level plans related to schedule, scope, and resources.<br>• Manage integrated functionality, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements of a system.<br>• Elicit and document requirements from business owners/subject matter experts for new and existing products and/or applications.<br>• Facilitate meetings and design discussions with on and offshore development teams. <br>• Track and report project metrics/timelines.<br>• Manage several different products/applications/work streams. <br><br>Applicants are expected to have skills in Business Analysis, SQL Database, and Crystal Reports.
