We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer to join our team in West Chester, Pennsylvania. This Contract-to-permanent position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing critical infrastructure across both on-premise and Azure environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, technical expertise, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Design and implement secure and scalable infrastructure solutions in Azure and on-premise environments.<br>• Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC), ensuring modularity, reusability, and security.<br>• Proactively research and apply industry best practices to address infrastructure challenges and ensure reliable implementations.<br>• Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and document infrastructure changes.<br>• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement strategies to ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.<br>• Maintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts within the team.<br>• Identify potential risks, seek guidance when needed, and take actions to safeguard business operations.
-Oversees and directs the implementation of operational mechanical maintenance projects across the organization, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within or under budget for both current and new product launches.<br>- Assists in specifying, evaluating, acquiring, installing, and qualifying equipment.<br>- Manages tasks including updating, maintaining, and communicating project plans, progress reports, and status updates.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering is preferred.<br>- Over 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.<br>- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred but not required at the time of permanent.<br>- Proficient in AutoDesk 2D and 3D CAD software and Microsoft Project at an intermediate to advanced level.<br>- Applies differential and integral calculus to analyze the static and dynamic performance of electro-mechanical systems.
