  • <p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>SAP Data Analyst</strong> to support the migration of SAP. This role sits at the intersection of business process, data, and SAP functional teams and is critical to ensuring data accuracy, alignment, and readiness ahead of multiple planned data uploads throughout the year.</p><p>This is <strong>not a highly technical SAP configuration role</strong>. Success in this position requires strong SAP functional knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to lead data mapping and validation efforts across business stakeholders, functional consultants, and a System Integrator (VAR).</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead <strong>data mapping and data collection sessions</strong> with business stakeholders to document current-state and future-state data requirements.</li><li>Act as the liaison between internal business process leaders, SAP functional consultants, and the offshore System Integration (SI) team.</li><li>Validate data prepared and loaded by the offshore SI team to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with SAP standards.</li><li>Own and manage approximately <strong>70 SAP data objects</strong> that will be used over the next several years.</li><li>Coordinate with the VAR to execute <strong>5–6 scheduled data uploads per year</strong>.</li><li>Ensure SAP data templates (provided by the VAR) are completed accurately and on time.</li><li>Support faster data validation efforts using <strong>Power BI</strong> and other reporting tools leveraged by the team.</li><li>Lead and facilitate meetings, drive decisions, document outcomes, and track completion of deliverables.</li><li>Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-moving project environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li>Hands-on experience working with <strong>SAP data and business processes</strong>, ideally within manufacturing environments.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>SAP EWM and SAP QM</strong> (Plant Maintenance knowledge is helpful but not required).</li><li>Experience supporting <strong>SAP migrations or large-scale SAP initiatives</strong>, particularly from a data perspective.</li><li>Proven ability to lead meetings with diverse audiences, including business users with limited SAP or data experience.</li><li>Strong documentation, organization, and follow-through skills.</li><li>Ability to “own the process” — driving clarity, accountability, and completion.</li><li>Comfortable working with VARs, system integrators, and offshore teams.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li>Experience supporting multi-site or multi-plant SAP implementations.</li><li>Exposure to <strong>Power BI</strong> or similar tools for data validation and reporting.</li><li>Background in data governance, data quality, or master data management within SAP.</li></ul><p><br></p>
