ERP Administrator<p>Robert Half is seeking a Senior ERP Administrator to join our client's team in Madison, WI. This role will focus on implementing, upgrading, and supporting SAP S/4HANA systems and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions. You will also manage technical architecture analysis, design, build, test, and deploy for SAP systems, and ensure the ongoing performance and support of SAP application environments.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>• Manage the implementation, upgrade, and support of SAP S/4HANA systems and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions.</p><p>• Handle the setup and ongoing management of the SAP S/4HANA landscape, including BTP environments and related solutions.</p><p>• Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure alignment on integration designs and implications to the overall cloud architecture strategy.</p><p>• Oversee performance monitoring/reporting, license consumption management, and system tuning following industry best practices and standards.</p><p>• Monitor critical risks in SAP systems and collaborate with risk owners to remediate or mitigate risk.</p><p>• Execute yearly disaster recovery (DR) test procedures.</p><p>• Adhere to SAP best practices for backup and recovery.</p><p>• Maintain the ongoing reliability, performance, management, and support of SAP application environments.</p><p>• Create and monitor application jobs and queues.</p><p>• Work closely with various departments to ensure the successful implementation and support of all SAP systems within our ecosystem.</p><p>• Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP system administration best practices.</p><p>• Support production operations in resolving Incidents and Requests reported by ends users.</p><p>• Respond to system outages and provide on-call support as needed.</p>Linux Systems Administrator<p>Robert Half is currently seeking an experienced Linux Systems Administrator for our client in Madison, WI. The Linux Systems Administrator will be responsible for the strategic planning, management, and execution of critical technical systems, across multiple US locations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>This is a Permanent Hire role that will require a hybrid work schedule in Madison, WI.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ol><li>Install, configure, and maintain Linux operating systems, servers, and applications</li><li>Monitor system performance to ensure high availability of resources</li><li>Coordinate and conduct system upgrades, patching, and backup processes</li><li>Troubleshoot system issues and provide tier two support</li><li>Collaborate closely with teams on security system monitoring and incident response</li><li>Perform routine system audits and generate reports</li><li>Document systems configurations and operational procedures</li><li>Conduct capacity and resources planning for system growth and scalability</li></ol><p><br></p>
