<p>Robert Half is seeking an experienced ERP<strong> Administrator</strong> to support the evolution of our client's team! This evolution of Epicor Kinetic ERP environment and other connected systems includes but is not limited to system maintenance, continuing training for current employees, creating custom reports and dashboards, as well as looking for opportunities for continual improvement. You’ll work with internal teams and external partners to ensure reliable performance, drive application innovation, and support the alignment of technology with business goals.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Essential Functions and Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Manage, monitor, maintain, and support Epicor Kinetic ERP system.</li><li>Recommend & maintain new solutions within the ERP system.</li><li>Analyze business processes to improve ERP functionality.</li><li>Create custom reports and dashboards.</li><li>Familiar with functions, BAQs, and BPMs (C# / SQL Server).</li><li>Maintains an expert-level understanding of Epicor functionality and works with end-users to ensure the current and new functionality is being utilized.</li><li>Serves as an escalation point for support personnel and assists with determining whether a system change or configuration is needed to resolve issues. </li></ul>
