Loan Sales AssistantWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Loan Sales Assistant in Kirkland, Washington. This role is primarily focused on the financial industry, where you will assist with loan sales processes, customer service, and data management in a dynamic workplace environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Assist with the finalization of loan sales by accurately completing and shipping required documentation.<br>• Identify and clear any loan level exceptions from note buyers.<br>• Contribute to the creation of sales reconciliations and monitor the transfer of funds to conclude sales.<br>• Prepare Servicing Released Data Tapes as required.<br>• Communicate with relevant internal departments and the Servicing Company regarding Note Sales.<br>• Aid in the creation, shipment, and tracking of Collateral Package Shipments.<br>• Regularly report and manage Loan Payoffs.<br>• Carry out audits and monitor Document Custody at third parties or in-house to ensure all documents are accounted for.<br>• Perform additional duties as assigned.<br>• Utilize CRM, Data Processing, Dynamics CRM, Excel to manage and process customer data effectively.
