This role will be working on a great team 4 days per week in sunny Southern California.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Evaluate and verify the functionality of core digital platforms and their integrations.</p><p>• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and test cases based on business requirements and system documentation.</p><p>• Utilize tools such as Jira and Zephyr to manage defects and generate detailed reports for stakeholders.</p><p>• Perform testing on mobile applications, websites, and backend systems using tools like Appium, Selenium, SoapUI, and PostMan.</p><p>• Define automation strategies and implement automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review user stories, requirements, and risk assessments.</p><p>• Prepare test data and ensure the readiness of the testing environment.</p><p>• Publish testing results and metrics to support informed business decisions.</p><p>• Lead and mentor team members in the development and execution of testing procedures.</p><p>• Promote the adoption of best practices and continuous improvement in testing methodologies.</p>
