This position will report to the VP of Real Estate Development and actively partner with contract administration, project accounting and corporate accounting. Primary responsibilities include tracking, paying, and accounting for all ongoing payments for over 1,500 land leases across the country (mostly in Souther California). The role is offered on a hybrid basis with <strong>minimal in-office work requirement</strong>.
