As an Accounting Assistant, you will be instrumental in managing customer accounts, processing credit applications, and maintaining accurate records. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities </p><p>• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications.</p><p>• Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate. </p><p>• Record invoice payments in the accounting system via the credit card processing account.</p><p>• Generate and scrutinize Accounts Receivable aging reports for all entities.</p><p>• Proactively send reminders and follow-ups for overdue invoices to ensure prompt collections.</p><p>• Contribute to general bookkeeping tasks and financial record-keeping.</p><p>• Provide support to the finance team with data entry, reconciliations, and other administrative tasks as needed.</p><p>• Create invoices as required for multiple entities.</p><p>• Deposit checks and record transactions accurately in the accounting system.</p>
