Your work will encompass a variety of tasks, including the creation of workflows and reports, as well as user training and support.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Assist users in utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM Field Service, particularly in the areas of Cases, Work Orders, and Schedule Board functionality.<br>• Develop and implement Power Apps to enhance user experience and productivity.<br>• Contribute to the implementation process, ensuring smooth and efficient application rollouts.<br>• Leverage your knowledge of Business Central and Project Operations to support daily operations.<br>• Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze data effectively.<br>• Employ Configuration Management techniques to maintain system stability and efficiency.<br>• Provide high-level customer service, resolving inquiries and issues promptly.<br>• Train and support users, fostering a comfortable and productive environment for application use.<br>• Utilize Reporting Tools such as Power BI to create comprehensive and understandable reports.<br>• Apply Accounting Principles and General Accounting knowledge in managing financial aspects of the system.<br>• Create workflows that streamline processes and enhance user experience.<br>• Manage Work Orders and Service Desk Tickets, ensuring all tasks are tracked and completed in a timely manner.<br>• Provide End User Training and End-User Support, aiding in the smooth operation of the system.
