The job function involves meticulous handling of payroll operations, maintaining employee records, and processing accounts payable in the industry. This role provides a hybrid workplace setting, with part of the week spent in the office and the rest working remotely.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Accurate processing of weekly payroll for both union and non-union employees</p><p>• Filing federal and state payroll taxes in a timely manner</p><p>• Managing and updating IBEW trust accounts</p><p>• Ensuring accurate tracking of wage changes per union contract</p><p>• Efficient handling of FMLA time and keeping a record of it</p><p>• Daily posting of cash receipts</p><p>• Maintaining employee files in the ERP system</p><p>• Tracking vacation and sick leave accrival for all employees</p><p>• Running accounts payable checks on a weekly basis</p><p>• Efficient processing of accounts payable vouchers as needed</p><p>• Willingness to work extra hours when required.</p>
