This role involves providing technical assistance to our internal team members, ensuring smooth hardware and software operation. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you'll be expected to handle diverse tasks, ranging from troubleshooting Office 365 issues to managing mobile devices. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Assisting team members who are experiencing issues with Office 365, including but not limited to, password resets and account lock-outs.</p><p>• Troubleshooting problems related to printer connectivity and ensuring seamless operation.</p><p>• Providing support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.</p><p>• Managing mobile devices, ensuring they are properly configured and compliant with company policies.</p><p>• Onboarding and offboarding team members, ensuring appropriate access rights are granted or revoked.</p><p>• Providing basic support and guidance to team members, fostering a positive user experience.</p><p>• Proactively identifying potential IT issues and implementing preventative measures.</p><p>• Collaborating with other IT team members to handle complex issues and provide comprehensive support.</p><p>• Applying critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.</p>Business Analyst<p>Position Overview:</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst - NetSuite with a strong background in optimizing ERP systems to support start up business in the healthcare industry. This position will focus on enhancing NetSuite ERP functionality to align with operational and compliance requirements while collaborating across multiple business units like Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth expertise in NetSuite modules, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional processes, with a strategic focus on advancing operational efficiencies in a regulated industry.</p><p><br></p><p>This role is 100% remote but the candidate needs to reside in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, or Kentucky.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Oversee the implementation and customization of NetSuite modules (e.g., CRM, RMA, Complaint Management, Product Tracking, Sales/Marketing tools) to support both business and compliance needs.</li><li>Conduct gap analyses between current workflows and NetSuite capabilities, recommending actionable solutions to bridge these gaps.</li><li>Optimize NetSuite’s integration with Sales and Marketing operations, supporting lead tracking, pipeline management, and data analysis for campaigns and customer segmentation.</li><li>Identify and propose opportunities for process automation and integration across tools to enhance efficiency.</li><li>Develop dashboards and analytics to provide insights into performance metrics such as sales data, marketing ROI, and customer feedback.</li><li>Collaborate on integrations with ancillary tools (e.g., marketing platforms or CRM systems) to enhance efficiency across Sales and Marketing.</li><li>Ensure all configurations, data inputs, and workflows comply with relevant regulatory standards and align with best practices in a regulated environment.</li><li>Evaluate and maintain data integrity within NetSuite and integrated systems.</li><li>Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for refining processes and operations.</li><li>Craft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and training guides for end users.</li><li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and streamlining workflows across business functions.</li></ul>
