Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is mandatory. A minimum of 8 years of progressive procurement experience, preferably within the water projects, treatment, or sustainability sector. Strong knowledge of purchasing, supplier selection, inventory control, shipping & receiving, and logistics processes. Demonstrated experience with material planning systems. Established network and proven vendor relationships in relevant sectors. Proficiency in SAP or other relevant ERP systems is considered a plus. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with key stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced certifications in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP, PMP, or other relevant credentials). Experience working within global supply chains and diverse vendor environments.
