As this is a Contract-to-permanent position, the ideal candidate will focus on managing project requests, budgets, and plans while ensuring high-quality service delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to oversee technician performance and vendor collaboration effectively.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead and manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and obstacles are addressed promptly.<br>• Develop and maintain comprehensive project proposals, schedules, budgets, and documentation to align with business goals.<br>• Monitor technician performance and provide training to enhance team efficiency and compliance with safety standards.<br>• Collaborate with vendors to meet deadlines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.<br>• Facilitate communication and integration across project teams and external vendors.<br>• Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and implement tailored solutions.<br>• Provide regular updates to management on project progress, including materials, workforce, and budgetary considerations.<br>• Verify job site material deliveries, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure proper documentation.<br>• Prepare invoices and associated documents for review and approval by the Operations Director.<br>• Evaluate the design, construction, and maintenance of telecommunications networks to ensure optimal performance.
