This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and training initiatives while ensuring compliance with organizational policies. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing HR functions at a managerial level.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.<br>• Oversee HR operations and ensure accurate data management through systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian.<br>• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and align them with organizational goals.<br>• Manage recruitment and staffing processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.<br>• Ensure compliance with labor laws, benefit programs, and organizational policies.<br>• Collaborate with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.<br>• Support acquisition integration efforts by managing HR transitions and ensuring smooth onboarding.<br>• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and implement improvements.<br>• Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee performance and development.<br>• Stay updated on industry best practices and implement innovative HR solutions.
