You will also help strengthen financial discipline across the operation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead the plant’s financial activities, ensuring accurate oversight of operational results and reinforcing accountability across the local leadership team.</p><p>• Develop annual operating budgets and recurring forecasts, then evaluate performance against actual results to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.</p><p>• Produce and review daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for plant, senior, and executive leadership audiences.</p><p>• Maintain key performance dashboards and contribute financial insight during management review meetings and operational discussions.</p><p>• Provide support across core transactional areas such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and purchasing processes.</p><p>• Supervise, mentor, and develop finance or administrative team members to build capability and support strong performance.</p><p>• Partner with materials and operations teams to monitor inventory accuracy, support cycle counts, and assist with physical inventory activities.</p><p>• Assess the financial impact of engineering or production changes, support continuous improvement initiatives, and review plant spending to promote responsible cost management.</p><p>For immediate and confidential consideration, please call Jeff Sokolowski directly at (248)365-6131 or apply directly today. </p>
