The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our accounting operations, which include accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management. <br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Accurately process customer credit applications.<br>• Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate.<br>• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required.<br>• Handle the accounts payable and receivable operations.<br>• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.<br>• Maintain the general ledger and make necessary journal entries.<br>• Assist in the month-end close process.<br>• Utilize accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and Infor M3 for various accounting tasks.
