HR Generalist<p>We are on the lookout for an HR Generalist to join our client in Nashville, Tennessee. This role will have an emphasis on benefits, payroll, and workers' compensation, with a focus on maintaining an organized HR operation. The chosen candidate will be the face of HR in person in Nashville and will have a lot of potential for upward mobility in the position.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee the administration of benefits and 401K plans</p><p>• Manage payroll functions to ensure accurate and timely compensation</p><p>• Handle workers' compensation claims and processes</p><p>• Conduct entry-level interviews and assist with light recruiting work</p><p>• Foster positive employee relations and address any issues that arise</p><p>• Contribute to business development initiatives</p><p>• Assist in transitioning HR systems from Bamboo to Paylocity</p><p>• Update and maintain HR policies and handbooks</p><p>• Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees</p><p>• Oversee time and attendance tracking</p>
