This role requires the management of customer accounts, handling of customer inquiries, and processing of customer applications.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Efficiently processing customer credit applications</p><p>• Keeping customer credit records up to date and accurate</p><p>• Monitoring assigned accounts to identify outstanding accounts receivable balances</p><p>• Communicating with clients to recover missed payments and outstanding debt</p><p>• Updating account status records and maintaining notes regarding customer communications</p><p>• Researching and resolving disputes through collaboration with other departments</p><p>• Tracking due dates and promised payments, and sending reminders as necessary</p><p>• Responding to customer queries about their statements or invoices</p><p>• Analyzing billing and payment history to proactively engage with clients</p><p>• Encouraging on-time payments through appropriate actions</p><p>• Negotiating payment plans with customers as needed</p><p>• Reporting on aged balances, collection activities, and progress made in the portfolio</p><p>• Timely processing of payments and refunds</p><p>• Ensuring compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies</p><p>• Maintaining confidentiality in all matters.</p>
