The role offers a hybrid work schedule, including both in-office and remote days, with initial training conducted fully on-site.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Collaborate with payroll associates and business partners to ensure seamless payroll operations and achieve organizational goals.<br>• Accurately input job, salary, and personnel data into payroll systems, ensuring compliance with established procedures.<br>• Coordinate with the Managed Services Provider to meet payroll processing deadlines and maintain accuracy.<br>• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between HRIS systems and payroll databases, ensuring data integrity.<br>• Analyze audit reports before and after payroll processing to identify and correct errors.<br>• Support garnishment processes in partnership with managed services and ensure compliance with legal requirements.<br>• Provide expert guidance on payroll system functionality and address employee inquiries regarding time, earnings, deductions, and tax.<br>• Assist HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Finance teams with payroll-related requests and issues.<br>• Manage and resolve tickets in ServiceNow and other designated systems, ensuring timely follow-up.<br>• Prepare and process off-cycle payrolls in accordance with state regulations and company standards.
