In this role, you will oversee daily treasury functions, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of cash management processes. You will collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to maintain efficient financial operations and meet deadlines.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Download and update cash activities in the treasury management system on a daily basis.<br>• Reconcile daily cash files to ensure accuracy and completeness.<br>• Apply bank deposits and wire transfers to the accounting and contract systems promptly and accurately.<br>• Manage over 800 bank accounts, including opening, closing, and maintenance activities.<br>• Process wire transfers and resolve any discrepancies with banking institutions.<br>• Prepare and distribute cash positioning reports to support decision-making.<br>• Conduct account analyses and reconciliations on a regular basis.<br>• Ensure adherence to monthly, quarterly, and year-end deadlines, along with special project requirements.<br>• Collaborate with various departments to address financial inquiries and provide support.<br>• Handle additional duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
