As a Front Counter Clerk, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations by assisting walk-ins and phone customers, handling cash transactions, and ensuring the accurate filing of important documents. <br><br>Responsibilities <br>• Handle cash transactions, sometimes involving substantial court fees, with professionalism and accuracy<br>• Serve customers both in person and over the phone, addressing their queries and processing their fees <br>• Maintain an accurate filing system to ensure that documents are stored in the correct locations, as errors could lead to severe consequences<br>• Utilize accounting software systems for processing and applying fees<br>• Perform computerized billing and other accounting functions as needed<br>• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service<br>• Ensure court filings are carried out accurately and in a timely manner.
