We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Eastover, South Carolina. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of desktop and laptop systems, providing technical support, and assisting with software installations and troubleshooting. This role requires a proactive individual comfortable working in a dynamic environment, including industrial settings.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Upgrade existing desktop and laptop systems to Windows 11 using the corporate image, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.<br>• Configure new desktops and laptops with the corporate image and user-specific software based on requests.<br>• Address ServiceDesk tickets, providing support for application, PC, and printer issues, while performing basic network troubleshooting when necessary.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.<br>• Work effectively within a mill environment, adhering to safety protocols and wearing required safety equipment.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.<br>• Maintain accurate documentation of processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.<br>• Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
