Program Assistant We are seeking a Program Assistant for our Non-Profit organization. This role involves fostering relationships within the community, presenting workshops, promoting our programs, and maintaining our databases. As a Program Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of our programs and ensuring their consistent implementation.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Build and nurture positive relationships with teachers, support staff, administration, and the community.<br>• Conduct PAX Tools Community Workshops for parents/caregivers and other community-based providers.<br>• Observe and assess the effectiveness of actions, provide constructive feedback, and recognize small improvements.<br>• Exhibit flexibility in plans and schedules, dedicating extra time to problem-solving and promoting our programs.<br>• Foster enthusiasm for introducing our programs to children in school and in the community.<br>• Contribute ideas to enhance the effectiveness of our programs for students with high needs, both in the classroom and in the community.<br>• Collaborate with district, funders, and supervisor to strengthen our programs at each site.<br>• Ensure the consistent implementation of our program's core components among students, teachers, and relevant school staff.<br>• Conduct regular site visits to provide support, coaching, modeling, and feedback.<br>• Document teacher and school progress through notes, data collection/entry, and analysis.<br>• Compile and analyze school/district outcome data and prepare monthly and quarterly reports as required.<br>• Support the delivery of detail-oriented development to school support staff and teaching staff through meetings, specialized training, and booster sessions.<br>• Attend staff meetings and perform other duties at the request of Supervisor, Team Leader, and Executive Director.
