Dispatcher We are looking for a highly organized THIRD SHIFT Dispatcher to join a team in Princeton, Indiana. This Contract-to-Permanent role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where precision and effective communication are key. The third shift Dispatcher hours are Monday-Friday, 10pm-6am with overtime occasionally on Saturdays. Responsibilities:• Coordinate and manage transportation schedules using internal load management systems.• Handle inbound calls from drivers and customers, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.• Communicate effectively with drivers and other team members to resolve issues and provide updates.• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook, to perform daily tasks.• Maintain accurate records and documentation of dispatch activities.• Monitor and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery and efficient operations.• Occasionally interact with drivers in the yard, ensuring safety protocols are followed.• Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
