Negotiate payment arrangements with customer to avoid mortgage delinquency and foreclosures<br>4. Determine debtor’s financial situation and recommend Loss Mitigation Programs when appropriate<br>5. Ensure to follow Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and work in accordance with consumer privacy laws and company policies and procedures<br>6. Perform skip tracing to locate debtors<br>7. Document all incoming and outgoing collection efforts<br>8. Schedule property inspections and determine property conditions<br>9. Maintain records and prepare monthly reports<br>10.
